Maternity Photography
Pregnancy is a season of transformation, anticipation and extraordinary strength. Your maternity session is designed to help you feel beautiful, comfortable and completely supported.
Sessions may include your partner and children, with access to a curated studio wardrobe of maternity gowns. Maternity portraits are generally scheduled between 26 and 34 weeks, depending on your comfort and pregnancy.
Newborn Photography
Newborn sessions are calm, unhurried and centered around your babyβs individual needs. We pause for feeding, changing, soothing and cuddling whenever necessary.
Most newborn sessions are scheduled when babies are approximately 7 to 21 days old, although beautiful portraits can be created beyond that window. No particular pose, setup or sleeping image can be guaranteed. Your babyβs comfort and safety determine the pace of the session.
Family Photography
Family portraits should feel like your familyβnot like an uncomfortable performance in front of a camera.
I will gently guide you when direction is helpful while leaving room for natural connection, laughter and affection. The result is a collection that includes beautiful, polished portraits along with the smaller interactions that reveal who you are together.

Becoming a mother changed the way I see photography. I know how quickly those early days pass, and I also know how often mothers are missing from the photographs. You deserve to be in the frame, tooβto be remembered holding your baby, comforting your child and sharing the little moments that make this season so meaningful.
My sessions are calm, gently guided and centered around your family. You do not need to know how to pose, prepare a perfectly tidy home or keep your baby asleep. I will guide you through the experience and adjust our pace around feeding, soothing, diaper changes and whatever your baby needs.
A Palm Desert Newborn Photographer Who Puts Safety First
Newborn safety is built into every part of your session. Babies are never left unattended, the temperature is continuously monitored, and every pose is carefully adjusted to protect your babyβs airwayβincluding maintaining comfortable space between the chin and chest.
I am safety certified through Ana Brandt Photography and use assistants and composite techniques whenever a finished image cannot be created safely in a single photograph.
No particular pose or setup can be guaranteed. Your babyβs comfort always comes before the pose or the photograph.
